At Matter and Form Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing of your refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
